What is Fine Wine Toy's Return Policy?
You may return most items sold by Fine Wine Toys within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. . If you are not delighted with any stock item, you may return it for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with all original boxes, packing material, documentation, and instructions.
Personalized, custom, computer software items, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. So we may process your return more quickly, please notify us prior to returning any merchandise.
If the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from Fine Wine Toys please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
